Easy to use good and sturdy

So far I’ve only used this for a couple frozen pizzas, but I have zero doubt it won’t hold a very heavy, thick crust pizza. A folding handle is a must, this checks all the marks.

This is a rugged aluminum pizza peel. I appreciate the folding handle for storage. Though I mostly bake in my outdoor pizza oven, this peel also works great in my kitchen. Very finely made.

Pizza slides easily on and off of this spit, especially if you use flour if using raw dough. But the best feature is that it's a large spit that actually folds away after use, quite easily, because it folds.As a baker, I have also used it to move cakes when I am decorating them but I am a lover of pizza making after hours so I have a few pizza spits but reach for this one often. It works well and upholds well and stores away easily.
